Far Cry 4 is a 2014 first-person shooter game developed by
Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the successor to the 2012
video game Far Cry 3, and the fourth main installment in the Far Cry series.
The game takes place in Kyrat, a fictional Himalayan country.
Far Cry 4 (stylized as FARCRY 4) is the fourth game in the
Far Cry series. The game is set in the fictional country of Kyrat, located in
the Himalayan mountains. It was released on November 18, 2014 worldwide for the
Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Pre-orders included an
upgrade to the Limited Edition which included the Hurk's Redemption DLC
featuring the popular character Hurk from Far Cry 3’s DLC "The Bundle
Pack", the Hurk's Redemption also included a signature weapon called The
Impaler (Harpoon Gun).
